Trianon is a popular, layered and delicious french dessert, composed of a layer of biscuit, Feuilleté praliné (crunchy layer) and chocolate mousse layer at the very top. Okay, this is not the easiest three layered chocolate cake on the internet.
It is not the easiest but this is a moist, rich and delicious cake. I participated in the workshop which was all about learning how to make and assemble the cake. If you are interested in the recipe you need a mousse ring, which is a stainless steel baking ware with no bottom. You also need a lot of french ingredients. Once you have all of these, everything becomes simple and you will be done in no time.
