Parfait

Here is the easiest yogurt parfait (yoghurt? haha…okay the both of them are right) It’s healthy, creamy and rich. Forget about the calories too!All you have here is yoghurt, granola/biscuit and fruits.DSC_0388

I used strawberries, bananas and kiwis for this. Remember to sweeten your yoghurt if it is unsweetened and you can put a little bit of honey. 

All you have to do is layer these ingredients.

1) Get a clean glass and put in some yoghurt. Then put in some of your diced fruits and some of your granola/biscuit. Repeat this until your glass gets full or until you are satisfied. You can top it up with some whipped cream as I did above.
