Here is the easiest yogurt parfait (yoghurt? haha…okay the both of them are right) It’s healthy, creamy and rich. Forget about the calories too!All you have here is yoghurt, granola / biscuit and fruits.
I used strawberries, bananas and kiwis for this. Remember to sweeten your yoghurt if it is unsweetened and you can put a little bit of honey.
Fruits (e.g. Pineapple, Banana, Strawberry and Kiwi)
Granola / Biscuit
Honey / Sugar
All you have to do is layer these ingredients.
1) Get a clean glass and put in some yoghurt. Then put in some of your diced fruits and some of your granola/biscuit. Repeat this until your glass gets full or until you are satisfied. You can top it up with some whipped cream as I did.
